General Manager leads all departments, divisions and workshops to follow the production directly. The company rules that the raw material must be high quality and well-known goods of the domestic and international chemical industries, meet the national quality standards and be purchased from designated factories; the Quality Inspection Division shall sample the raw material and test it in the laboratory at any time during the production process, so as to ensure product stability and reliability; before warehousing, raw materials should be sampled and tested by the Quality Inspection Division to guarantee their quality; the Quality Inspection Division shall sample the raw material and test it in the laboratory at any time during the production process, so as to ensure product stability and reliability; comprehensive inspection to product appearance and size before leaving the factory will be done to ensure the products meet drawing requirements; products are transported by powerful transportation companies, so as to ensure the goods can be delivered to customers’ sites timely and safely. 1.Production Process

Huawei has the most advanced non-lap seam hot-press production process to process dam bags. The total pressure of the hot-press machines is 6,000 tons, which can ensure the rubber dam bags have no delaminating or turn spongy; can produce and mold non-lap seam rubber dam bags for dams under eight meters for one time. Rubber dam bags are flat and smooth; need no plain films during installation; can save labor and finance during installation and construction; ensure anchoring and no leakage and solve the slope rubber dam zonal force problem that cannot be solved before in China. The whole production process and automated production degree has reached the international advanced level.

3.Sales and After-sales Service Quality and Quality Assurance System

1.We can answer technical problems put forward by customers at any time during sale; of necessary, we can send engineers to provide assistance. During rubber dam installation, we send related personnel to guide installation until the dam bag is filled with water for acceptance on the site free of charge.

2.Service life of rubber dam bags is usually 15 to 20 years.

3.We guarantee to repair our products due to quality problems within the warranty period and provide lifelong maintenance.

4.If our rubber dam bags have any problems during operation, we will make response immediately upon receiving customers’ notice and arrive at the scene at the fastest possible speed to solve problems, so as to ensure the bags can run normally.

5.After rubber dam installation is completed, we provide customers with Rubber Dam Operation Management Manual and give administrative staff training on the daily maintenance, operation and emergencies of our rubber dams; arrange After-sales Service Division to pay customer return visit for one or two times every year, answer their problems about rubber dams appearing during daily use, make a record and report to the company, and assist customers to manage and use the rubber dams well.
